Kids Can Fundraiser

KidsCan is an organisation that supports underprivileged children in New Zealand. As a school, Ladbrooks is doing the 'Canned food Collection. Please help us to collect as many cans of food as possible by bringing in a donation - the canned food is used for breakfasts and lunches at schools around New Zealand. Our cans will be given to a school in Christchurch who is supported by the KidsCan charity. We are trying to fill up the six windows in Kiwi class as a can display. We hope to see John Campbell at sometime throughout the day, as he is very interested in our efforts! Please help!

Speech time!

Here are a few shots from today. The quality of the speeches presented over the last few days has been high. I am impressed with how every single person that has presented so far (no matter how nervous they are) has gathered the courage to get up and present to the whole class. Well done everyone!! We will be announcing the final two to represent our school at the Ellesmere Speech competition tomorrow.
